What's not to love - Really easy to set up and use - Customer service is supper responsive - a ton of features - the ability to customize templates and at half the price of the previous app we were using. Very happy we made the switch.

Penelope in customer service connected with me on a Sunday morning (her time) to get a case opened and my concerns forwarded to the dev team. As with past interactions I am confident they will have my questions answered very soon. Thanks team.

The app does exactly what I need and Fin was able to quickly solve the one small issue I had.

Webgility has been really helpful for us. We have a few different shops online, and they have been so helpful for connection and answering and configuring all that we need. We couldn't be happier!

Just installed the app and immediately messed something up. Luckily Joseph was there to bail me out (and on a Sunday too). He got things straightened out within minutes. Cant wait to start using this app, especially because I know if (or maybe when is more accurate) I mess up again, they will be there to get me back on track. Super happy so far.

Just tried the app for the first time and ran into an issue. Emailed customer service and they replied almost immediately. They walked us through the simple steps to solve the issue, which turned out to be self inflicted. Great app and even better customer service.
