The app was working well, then we learned what 'off Facebook Activity' means, which is a setting you must enable if you want to use this app. I tried the sign in with Meta option as a work around, but that wanted access to an incredible amount of data that I wasn't willing to part with to use the app: Your name and profile picture, manage your product catalogues, manage your business, access profile and posts from the Instagram account connected to your Page, manage comments for the Instagram account connected to your Page, access insights for the Instagram account connected to your Page, Create and edit product tags on Instagram media for the Instagram account connected to your Page, read content posted on the Page and show a list of the Pages you manage. Shame really. As for the time we used it, it was really good.

Do not install this app if syncing with Etsy. It will deactivate all your synced products and, in the unfortunate case of some poor souls I've found on Reddit, completely delete your products. Additionally, the inventory that is synced with Etsy is the total inventory across all markets, not just the online market, or a market you separate out for Etsy. This app should have been tested thoroughly before sending that email out to customers.

Thank you for your feedback We acknowledge some teething issues when first launched but our team has made substantial strides in adapting to the intricacies of the Etsy marketplace. I installed this app as I was looking for a better app for managing reviews. I was using Shopify Product Reviews, but it wasn't creating the rich snippets for Google correctly and wasn't emailing customers asking for reviews. It has been about a month or so since I installed this app and so far it has been nothing short of fantastic. I managed to import existing reviews, get it set up quickly and everything so far has been easy. I've managed to customise the reviews with CSS and my customers love it. Now the important part of the review. The support team! A product is only as good as the support team behind it and I have to say that never in my life have I come across such a fantastic support team. They are very knowledgeable and friendly and always do what they can to help. I've never come away from speaking with them with any concerns. They just get the job done! I installed this app but when it finished installing Pinterest told me a bunch of tags were missing so I wouldn't be verified. No help or support for how I'm meant to add these tags which are meant to be added as a part of the set-up process. There was a link that suggested that to get the tags I needed to instal this Pinterest app... Right, great help. As a new person and business to Pinterest this was a dreadful first experience. I'll probably uninstall.
