We've tried a few different UGC management tools and Sonar Bloom has easily been the best fit for us. It's helped us catch Instagram and Tiktok posts we probably would've missed otherwise, and the Slack alerts make it really easy for our team to keep up with new content.

Thanks so much for the review! We really appreciate it :)
Omnipotent has become such a helpful and time saving tool for our coupon code monitoring needs. What really sets them apart is the app creator's responsiveness. After requesting support for tracking two additional coupon sharing platforms - Phil agreed and rolled them out for us so quickly. Definitely recommend this app.
Amazing technical support. I had an issue with my theme's compatibility and I got through to a REAL person from the company. They didn't waste my time and they are actively fixing the issue. We're using a lesser used theme and most companies would have had some off shore support who would just give up after wasting my time with useless unrelated questions. Highly recommend giving ROKT your business. This is how business should be done!

Thank you so much for the incredible feedback! 🙌 We're thrilled to hear that our technical support team was able to jump in quickly and give you the real, no-runaround help you needed, especially with a less common theme. We believe every merchant deserves thoughtful, hands-on support, no matter the situation. It means the world to us that you noticed and appreciated the difference. We'll be sure to share your kind words with the team! Thank you again for the recommendation! We’re so grateful to have you with us at AfterSell by Rokt! 🚀😊
