So far so good! Customer service is very responsive and helpful. Walked me through some steps, sent step-by-step photos for others, and was able to complete other steps for me. Thanks again!

Personalized products and different variations between platforms make the app a little tricky (my own fault), but this team is AMAZING! They're accommodating, understanding, able to walk/talk through my problems step by step, and very quick to respond whether on chat or zoom. I admit I'm a painful customer, and they truly go above and beyond to help. Thank you!!
