We've been using this app for a while. It is propably one of the best deals on the app store. It is cheap, very functionnal and very fast. We use the webhook to connect to zapier and the integration is great.

Thank you so much for the review! I don't plan to change the price in the near future, but some new features will be released soon. Regards, Anton Founder of Nerdy Form
The functionnalities of this app are unbelievable given that it is free. I highly , highly recommend it!
This app is the only one of the entire App Store that allows you to display several prices. We've been using it for years without any problem, and when something went wrong Adam was very quick to respond & extremely helpful! 10/10 would recommend
