i am not using the application only i install and few hour after i remove the app they will raise a bill this app is not good.
This app is so difficult to use you can not use it even for trial basis without paying were difficult to get hold of customer care. worst 250rs spend ever! I do not get how they are giving use shopify chat its just the worst!
I accidentally subscribed to this program and now I can't cancel and am forced to pay!!! This is a scam program!
App is not free, multiple times asking money for small small things.
I've not getting whatsapp messages recently and realized that app is not working and seen on my website. When I cheched it that it is requesting a payment monthly. what a pity. Respected Sir, Whatsapp is 1000 billion dollar company. they offer whatsapp free to all. in return what they get?? We all have become sales target for whatsapp and they push marketing msg and get money. we wont do any such thing ever to our customer. so we charge little to manage server price. Remember, if you get something free then you are the product.
Son unos ladron@s, instalas la aplicación 10 minutos y te cobran casi 4€, después no te responden a nada, ni a los correos ni a los mensajes, nada. Te roban tu dinero por una aplicación que no vale para nada. Shopify tampoco se hace responsable del cargo que me hicieron. No es lo que prometen y se instala automaticamente otra aplicación llamada Pushdaddy WhatsApp, Live Chat, que hace un cobro automatico. This plugin gave me a terrible experience. I tried to close the subscription, but unfortunately I couldn't find the close page. I tried to email the developer to ask how to close the subscription, but no one responded.

I have asked time and time again for help as I cant get it to work on SMS for Abadoned Carts, or Emails. And the credit is going down but there doesnt seem to be any SMS happening so why is the credit reducing.
This is a scam. You say its totally free then charge me to even see the dashboard.
The worst customer support. Owner gave the contact number but they never reply or take calls. I paid 9.99 $ twice but to no use. not even single cart is recovered.

Use la app sin problemas pero ahora me quieren cobrar cargos adicionales y no entiendo a que se debe eso. No puedo editar la información si no realizo el pago. ¿Podrán ayudarme a resolverlo?

Love it, it seems to be working perfectly, still have to give it a go, but for now it works fine for whats I need, but dont work in mobile apple iphone safari and chrome
Beautiful! But, since I installed the app I can see a green bar on the top of my page if I look at my site with Iphones. I can't find the way to remove it/change its color back. We are aware of that issue. It wil be solved within 24 hours.
Extremely Pathetic App. Highly cluttered Keep getting popups. Very disorganized No support One place they have written- Free, other places 0.1 and third place 0.2 USD

Downloaded as you assume 4,000 good reviews must mean a great app. Can only assume they are fake worst app ever and took £4 before even opening. be very careful No support or help and all links broken
He is very rude and liar. He never replies on chat. Asks you to call and then abuses on call. Very Vulgar guy. Abuses girls with bad language. Dont buy.

WORST APP NOT FREE TOTALLY PAID THEY LIED ABOUT APP
Started using this app after seeing the reviews. But the experience as an user is different. The interface is very confusing. The app is deducting my wallet balance without sending the Whatsapp messages. Tried to reach support team through phone and chat multiple times, but there is no response at all, though its mentioned as 24x7 support. Very bad experience ! there was some issue in whatsapp automated message and its very common to have such issue. we have fixed that issue. we dont have any control on whatsapp . they do nasty things and ban or restrict or pause or reject templates and msg stop going. we try l;evel best to fix as soon as possible
Very bad app, unclear and full of confusing pop ups, plus I had to pay about 4$ just to install it and start using it. All other apps always allow a trial of days or weeks, they don't, I paid and after a few minutes already uninstalled. A shame

This is the worst app I've ever seen. It's impossible to use. I tried to talk to customer service and no one is there... and, when finally, James answered me... nothing changes... Also, they say it's free, but IT'S NOT. They charge me to install it. And, nothing works properly.
what a terrible website. i can't make any changes before it redirects me to some scammy looking advertisement popup. I will be amazed if i get out of here without a virus. who does your web design? it's horrific. edit: seriously.. what is this? it's impossible to use.
La aplicación me había funcionado a la perfección hasta hace poco...Dice que es 100% gratis y ahora me está cobrado para poder utilizarla. Además, la interfaz es imposible de utilizar pues cada 5 segundos redirecciona a otro lugar.
Pesimaaaaaaaa. Era muy buena, llevaba mucho tiempo usandola y ahora estan cobrando y no funciona hasta que no apruebe el "carro abandonado". Si no lo uso es por que no puedo por temas de privacidad, ahora me quede sin aplicacion por que obligan a pagar.

They said they won't charge anything but now thay ar forcing to pay abandoned cart recovery messages to be able to use the WhatsApp button
Extremely spammy interface. They say its free, but its no more free. Automation is compulsory to use the app which means it will charge you money for the same.

i can see credit is given. plz check in app dashboard. and u can chat with us throught whatsapp for quicker response. sometimes in technical field some glitches happened
Its a very good app. There are lot of options to explore and it is free of cost. I recommend this app
It's fairly good for a free app -- but what would make it especially useful, would be putting the most recent messages at the top of the live chat, rather than forcing you to scroll endlessly, looking to see if anyone new has contacted you.
