I interacted with Abby and Jade, and they were both super helpful. I had an issue with a translated email notification, and Abby double-checked everything to ensure it was working smoothly. I also had some questions about certain features, and Jade answered them all promptly.
Excellent customer service. I had to make some adjustments to configure the consent bar, and all steps were super easy to follow. Georgi was extremely helpful throughout. In less than 5 minutes, everything was compliant and all set to run smoothly.
