Customer service is great! Did a good job of explaining things and then when I asked to schedule a call to talk through some issues, they scheduled one for the next day. They were also VERY helpful on the call.

Highly recommend, great support when needed. Allows us to collect reviews with ease and reward our customers when they do so, all within the app. No issues at all.
