Installed Mirror for our store, faced setup issues. Reached out for help; support responded but couldn't resolve problems. Asked for additional assistance, quoted $3000 for onboarding – unrealistic. Sadly, uninstalled app, looking for alternatives for our jewelry store. Better support pricing could have made a difference.

Dear Team Shop QSE, We're disheartened to learn about the challenges you encountered during setup. Upon an internal review, we've examined our email correspondences and found that our support POC provided step-by-step guidance for setting up the mirrAR app, including a helpful YouTube video once requested by the team. As our app listing indicates, DIY with our team's assistance is complimentary. However, a charge is applicable for end-to-end setup by the mirrAR team, as communicated by our support point of contact and outlined in the pricing section of our app listing.
