I got in contact with Shruti and Mithun from Support and they were quick to answer all my technical information while also validating that the set-up and integration was done properly. Needed help for coding details in the app differently so it was tailored to our market - and it works now. Good support.

It's my first time trying this app and so far the experience has been great. Especially the proactive support from Emma who discovered a mistake in my setup (my own mistake), and guided me to fix it so all discounts were applied properly. Great experience with this support - and we cannot wait for our first campaign to go live within the next couple of hours with this new discount system.
