I just received customer service from an app developer that blew me out of the water. Maybe I'm just used to run of the mill devs these days but Genesis went out of her way to help me install and customize this app to exactly my needs. No upselling, no red tape – just swift action and awesome feedback. I am blown away!

Simply for the fact that I don't have to ship the orders myself but the biggest thing to me with all apps and sites is ease of use. If you can't make it so simple (SOP) that the dumbest person can figure out. It makes it harder to get people to adapt and convert without spending tireless hours of research and scrolling on youtube.
