I can't say enough good things about the Wrapped app and the incredible support I received. They helped me every step of the way—on a Sunday, no less—Big Game Sunday at that! Their kindness, patience, and generosity with their time truly stood out. They were not only informative but went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident using the app. If you're considering Wrapped, don’t hesitate. Rommel was SO PATIENT and SO KIND. I asked a gazillion questions and he kindly answered each one. This app is missing a feature that I wanted but because of the amazing customer service, I'm fine waiting for them to develop it. I'm telling you - I installed/tested four other apps and nobody would help me in a timely fashion except Rommel! 10 STARS and so much appreciation for the help and true feeling of partnership. Keep crushing it!
