Great app with excellent support. Sam and Ateeb very responsive to questions and made set up easy. They also helped import customer data from the prior program we used.

Update: Support did reach out. While they said they did notify, they also acknowledged could have been done sooner/differently. Review updated because the app itself is quite helpful and easy top use, and also because support did reach out. No notification that the app would start having a monthly charge. You'd think they would notify people of this first. The new "free" plan is so limited, it isn't worth using.

Great support when Klaviyo integration decided to misbehave. Van got everything back to normal again!

Just starting with app. Support quick to respond, Frank very helpful. Features look great so far.

So far app seems great. One feature would be to be able to customize the registration page more (wording is incorrect) and with using tiers somehow show progress through tiers (such as based on sales generated amounts, etc)
