Segments is truly amazing. Working for a startup, resources are limited, and I feel like this app has been able to provide deep customer & product insights that I would need a business intelligence team to get otherwise. Tresl's customer success team is also great with app support and helping with data / segment ideas. I would recommend this app to everyone with a Shopify store!
This app is extremely useful for setting up different offers for our store. The customer service and support is top notch and they are always available when you need help! Definitely would recommend this app to anyone using Shopify!

I've just installed this app and the founders were extremely helpful. They walked me through getting the app set up and are executing the lead capture integration for my store. Very pleased so far! Looking forward to using the analytics dashboard to measure results once my cash back campaign is live.
So far so good. We recently migrated from Bold to ReCharge and the ReCharge staff could not have been more helpful. Mat on the solutions consultant team and Nick on migrations team answered all the questions we had in a timely manner and made the transition as smooth as possible. We are excited to be up and running on ReCharge Subscription!
