Had an issue with my form appearing theme preview, Emma was able to quickly assist with the fix! Turns out it was a formatting issue. I tried again on my own for the next form by copying the shortcode and pasting as CTRL +Shift +V instead of just CTRL+V. that seemed to do the trick too.
User-friendly app with excellent features. Their customer support is always helpful and responsible. Best customer support ever!
