Very good support. 24/7 I hope the team will update the rating scales to display the middle values more clearly, along with a short note to show when the fit is right in the middle. Right now, if you create 5 options like “Small,” “A bit small,” “Fits just right,” “A little big,” and “Big,” the scale shows 3 out of 5 bars filled — which visually leans more toward the "big" side. This might give the impression that the item runs slightly large, even if it actually fits true to size.
Folosesc Colete Online de ceva timp și sunt foarte mulțumit de platformă, servicii și suportul pentru clienți. Totul funcționează eficient, iar echipa de asistență este promptă și profesionistă. Totuși, integrarea cu Shopify este problematică. Aproximativ jumătate din comenzi primesc erori, iar e-mailurile automate către clienți nu se trimit corespunzător, ceea ce mă obligă să le gestionez manual. Am semnalat aceste probleme de luni de zile, dar fără rezultat. Colete Online este o soluție foarte bună în general, dar nu cred că mai este o opțiune potrivită pentru Shopify.
Great app! It works really well and makes things easy. If there was an option to save templates, it would save even more time, but overall, a fantastic tool!

Thanks for the great review! The app doesn't have a feature to save templates (great suggestion), however, you can save individual reports, and then there is a "Duplicate" feature to easily make a new report from an existing report, does that help? Thanks, Alex & the SyncWith team

Highly recommend this app. It s easy to set up and it takes everything into consideration, like holidays for example. Support is very helpful as well!
