These guys produce a fantastic app that just does everything you need it to and works seamlessly for us Some great customisation for Holidays and specific products is they are special order and take longer than most, so all in all very happy with this Support on the ball too - thanks guys
support seems to doesn t care if u need something urgent if you are on a free plan. suppose i understand that i have low prio but i can't give 5 starts for that. they also misslead you in the app saying things like "New Version is Live! Upgrade Now" even having a "switch to the new version" button but in fact u have to contact them and wait as they said "3-4" days Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry that the migration process and support priority caused frustration. The 3–4 day timeframe is needed because our team carefully migrates and syncs your existing settings, including date and delivery settings, to the new version. We do this to make sure nothing is affected on your live store. The new version also has new features and an updated plan structure, so it requires a proper migration rather than an instant switch. We also understand that the “Upgrade Now” / “Switch to the new version” wording could make it seem like the process would be immediate. We apologize for the confusion and will work on making this clearer. We really appreciate you giving us the opportunity to improve 🙏
It's great to be able to show site visitors their delivery estimate - and the rules are flexible and easy to set up. We needed help to get the email order confirmation working as we needed, and they responded quickly, professionally and resolved the issue for us. I would recommend for sure.
Great service, it's got most of the features you could need from an EDD app. Customer service is always prompt, in fact they even helped me beyond their working hours. Truly commendable service.
Choose this app because you can work with translations and easy setup for different product (i.e. different delivery time for pre order). Had some questions to set up, but fast and good response from Customer service

This App is great! I was originally using a custom liquid I spun up to manage estimated delivery dates, that solution was not very scalable. This app makes it easy to set the min and max days and implement overrides for specific collections/products that may take longer to fulfill. It's integration into the cart is great, One thing that would be great to have is an easy way to style the cart messaging, such as bolding text or adding color to certain parts of the cart message. Overall this app is perfect for us and exactly what we were looking for!

I tried a few different apps to get the set up just as we wanted it, and lone and behold we did with this one, which is also the best value for money! I am always careful not to automatically choose the cheapest option (more than one painful experience doing this) and reviews are very important which is why I thought I'd write this! When setting up the widget, I couldn't quite get it as I wanted as some functionality (borders, removal of leading zeros) was not available. However, I wrote in to their support team and Tejash responded was has been very helpful getting it displayed just as we wanted. Thank you - great app, great support

Tejash has been amazingly helpful in getting this app customized for our needs. Works exactly the way we need it. The countdown timer is really useful for purchasing urgency. Not to mention, the customer service is responsive and quick! Worth the subscription

Super cool application and also the support team. We had some problems, because we were using a personalization application for our products, the estimated delivery date was not displayed in the cart/checkout. I'm quite impressed with this app for its direct approach and efficiency; it indeed fulfills its promises without unnecessary complexity. The simplicity it offers is notably appealing. However, it's worth mentioning a slight limitation for those managing multilingual sites: the app isn't inherently designed to support multiple languages. Despite this, a practical workaround exists by segmenting texts for individual translation. While date formats will stay in English, they remain straightforward to comprehend. Given that this app is free, this minor inconvenience is easily overshadowed by its overall value and functionality.
The support team is absolutely top-notch - they respond quickly and efficiently, even on weekends! As for the app itself, it's fantastic. It delivers exactly what it promises, and the price point is just unbeatable. Highly recommend giving it a try.

The app work really well, and lives up to all my expectations! It's fairly easy to setup, and if you have any questions the customerservice is there to help you in under a minut! Very nice! I had some translation issues because my webshop is based in a country where the main language is not english. That was take care of by the customerservice so that I could translate it to my own language. Very happy!
Great app! We had a small issue with items over 150lbs not showing the delayed time, but their support had the issue fixed within a few hours. We have 3 different levels of shipping/delivery times based on product weight, and which warehouses the products are located in. This app allows us to present an accurate date range, delivery as soon as XYZ, or delivery by XYZ to customers. Super customizable. After real-world testing, we opted to show customers the "delivery by" date knowing that 99% of the time orders will arrive before then, and that's a better customer experience than orders arriving the day after the "as soon as" date. The app worked well and integrated perfectly with our theme, which is not a native Shopify theme. And I tried many others until I found this one. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the difficulty of configuring and managing a large number of products with different production deadlines. Need to do it manually one by one. It would be very easy to work with overrides products, if i could use collections for this function. With a few clicks, a large number of products would be configured. Anyway, keep up the good work. It has everything to be a valuable tool.

So far so good, with the help they were able to help adjust a few things. Only thing i'd say its missing is a bulk override product option. Other then that its good
