The easiest way to solve this EU regulation issue. Great customer service! I asked for a small feature which safe some time in the workflows and they implemented this almost immediately!
The most important App in our store with the best customer support! We love Easy Scan! We use it to create labels with Barcodes for our shop, to pack orders and in the future, it will replace Stocky without any disadvantages. Its called "Easy" Scan for a reason! Everything is easy to work with and runs smooth. No overwhelmed functions like most Apps out there. Just basic functionality - combined with the best Customer Service. They really listen to their customers and their needs. Especially with a look to the currently under development Purchase Order feature - this is the best alternative to Stocky. If the output will look as announced by the Developers, its even better than that. Thank you Easy Scan for making our work easier!

Wer eine Möglichkeit sucht sein Shopify POS auch in Österreich gesetzeskonform als Registrierkasse zu betreiben, findet mit OpenFiskal die perfekte Lösung! Deutlich hervorheben möchte ich, dass man bei OpenFiskal einen überragenden und unvergleichlichen Support geboten kommt. Hier werden neue Maßstäbe in kompetenten technischen Support, Freundlichkeit und Verfügbarkeit gesetzt! Wir haben nun, nach einem Jahr als reiner Onlineshop, auch einen physischen Geschäftsstandort. Da wir das Shopify POS grundsätzlich ganz gut finden und es auf alle Fälle vermeiden wollten, für die Registrierkasse wieder einen externen Anbieter zu verwenden haben wir recherchiert, wie man Shopify POS auch in Österreich gesetzeskonform verwenden kann. Die Lösung heißt Openfiskal und ist kinderleicht zu integrieren! Ich konnte es kaum glauben, dass selbst ein Prozess wie die Einbindung in das österreichische Finanzonline fast genauso spielend leicht ist wie die Installation einer Shopify App. Das Wichtigste: Es funktioniert und man braucht sich keine weiteren Gedanken machen. Die rechtlichen Angelegenheiten bzw. die vorgeschriebenen Datenübermittlungen laufen automatisiert im Hintergrund ab. Installieren, Einrichten - bonieren. Mehr ist nicht notwendig. Definitiv 5 von 5 Sternen!

Beside of the Common Google reviews the best tool for review on the market! Also a must have for shops without a physical store, who arent allowed to use google reviews. And 10/10 stars from my side for the unrivaled support. Very kind, very fast and always (!) available!
Without much expectation, I clicked the button which sends an automated message to support asking them to check the store for compliance. An employee (Christos) then contacted me, who not only checked my store, but also immediately made all the necessary settings and also sent suggestions for improvement! Customer service at 100%! This app is a no-brainer - install, subscribe - briefly write to support - and you are done and sleep easy as far as data protection laws are concerned! :)
