We've used this company on all three of our Shopify stores and have had great service. The app is very user friendly and they are very responsive on chat.

App is easy to use and tech support was very quick to help with any issues. Would definitely recommend.
Super robust search capabilities. This has made it so much easier for customers to find exactly what they are looking for. The AI search boosting is awesome and only makes the search better as it goes on. Also it was super easy to install. We are very happy we switched from Searchanise "Smart Search & Instant Search", which had broken a couple times and provided bad experience for customers
very unsatisfied with the customer service. Had to uninstall.
