It's good to keep you updated on customer inquiries and having the chat option on your website is a great feature. The AI suggestions need a bit of work and it can be annoying when the AI takes over generating a response when all you want to do is quickly reply - you have to wait till it generates a reply (which is often wrong), delete it, then type your actual response. It would be nice if we could stop the generated response on demand.

Glad the chat and inquiry updates are working well for you! For the AI generating a reply when you just want to respond quickly, you can switch off auto-generated replies entirely under Inbox > Settings > Message preferences, so it never gets in the way of typing your own message.
