I use the PREMIUM version of this app, and although I was hesitant at first, I want to let other shop owners know that this service is DEFINITELY WORTH IT! I contacted support via Live Chat very late at night, and I received a response RIGHT AWAY, along with instant service! Within minutes, the staff helped me customize my review widget to suit my needs, and helped me solve a big problem after importing over 3000+ reviews from Etsy. I am very happy with this service so far! 2024 Update: It's been 4 years since my last review, and I'm still really happy with their service! The quality of their customer service and value-added features just makes it better!

I recently installed this app to try out, and so far, I'm very impressed with the features and level of customization available. Also, the customer support is EXCELLENT.
