Louder Than Liftoff

Let me start off by saying the support from the Simple Bundles team has been excellent. They respond very quickly with detailed answers. I’ve flirted with using this app with another store in the past but it was never the right fit for what I needed to do. However, I think I’ve found a good application for it. It’s well suited for when you want to present the user with what looks like multiple options for a product, but in reality is multiple items on the back end that need to map to accounting and inventory integrations. For this it’s quite perfect. The customer experience on the product page is fully native to the theme. All the bundling happens in the cart/checkout and is transparent to the user. My only suggestion for improvement would be to improve the bundle setup process so that multiple variants can be configured in bulk. For instance if I know that I want up have Items A and B be children of all bundle variants then it would be nice to be able to do that in one selection as opposed to 50.

I installed this app recently to help my store take pre-orders without collecting money. The integrated communications functionality is perfect for letting me send out payment links in batches of 10-20 customers at a time, as my inventory allows. Setup was straightforward and intuitive, and so far I’m very happy with the performance of the app. The best part of my experience has been my interactions with Oli, the developer. When his emails to me were bouncing due to a server issue on my side, he went out of his way to contact me from another email account. Oli has been incredibly responsive in answering my questions, and implementing some minor tweaks on my site to customize the look of the buttons. He was also very receptive to feedback I provided and seems highly committed to improving his app. This is one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had with an app developer over the last 8 years of having a Shopify store. This is my second store that uses Webgility to integrate with Quickbooks. The support I've received to get set up has been excellent. They are extremely helpful and answer the phone immediately. That's a refreshing experience these days. I've looked at many of the other QB integrations for Shopify and Webgility is the best I've found with the most technically skilled representatives.
