Practically the best app for managing customer reviews in addition to the support which is really good. All questions are answered quickly. The only downside is that the widget can only be translated by the transcy app. But in terms of bugs, I've only had 1 in as long as I've been using it.

Perfect support, it was fast and great. Just the way I like it. The only things that were wrong were the application itself which at times was not very easy to use and had some bugs. But everything is fine after the help of the support...
