We’ve been using Backup Labs for over a year. The product has worked for us just as described. We’ve needed tech support on a couple of minor problems early on, and they were quick to respond. We just transitioned to the paid service. We highly recommend Backup Labs.
Works great. Our customers have left reviews without a problem, and we've imported reviews from another site. We're very happy.
