Basic whatsapp messaging functionality itself wont work 50% of the time. Facing issues raised multiple tickets but no support from customer care.

Game changing app for our business. I literally can call or whatsapp anyone from the abandoned checkouts list just with a click. The abandoned to draft order feature is crazy good and time saving. I can't believe this is not a shopify native feature already. Great support as well.

Pathetic support. Recent updated from interakt made my mobile phone interakt so buggy that I am not able to send whatsapp messages or images or catelogue. I raised a ticket but no resolution till date. whatsapp business is so important for small brands like me. Not satisfied with the support experience, just a bot appears most of the times redirecting us to some known issue docs.
