Very difficult for a shopkeeper/retailer to grasp

Once again I had need to call on the support guys, and once again they responded within 30 mins, and ONCE AGAIN it was me not reading the instructions properly! I must be the customer from Hell! I asked Customer Support if this app could achieve what I needed. I spoke (via email) to Ajit. He could tell I was struggling to understand the installation instructions (I'm a shopkeeper, not a Techy), so he offered to do the installation for me. Fantastic! But I didn't realise the wide range of options this app provides. I must have gone back to him at least 6 times asking for amendments/deletions/relocations etc. And every time it was Ajit that replied, very patiently, and every time he did exactly what I asked of him. I really felt very guilty doing this because was doing it all for free, including the app itself. In the end, the app worked exactly as I wanted and I have nothing but praise for the support I received. Download this with confidence that you won't be alone. 5 Star Service. 5 Star App.

Never in my 70+ years have I had better support than Anthony gave me. Since being abandoned by my website writers (Once they got paid) I've struggled with keeping on top of any tweaks that needed doing, especially SEO. Feel confident that Anthony will support you all the way. Highly recommended.

I'm a shopkeeper, not a developer and I haven't got a clue about coding. So when I needed a banner that I could amend at will, Special Offers, away on holiday, Personal requests etc, I searched the Shopify App Store and came across this little Gem. It does everything I wanted and more. If I can use it, anyone can! I love it! Thanks guys.
