Thanks for flagging this. A couple of built-in tools can help cut spam down now: Inbox automatically filters detected spam into a Blocked folder, and you can block individual senders. Your pre-chat form also asks for a name and email before anyone can message you, which deters anonymous bots, and it's customizable in your chat settings.
