Meta has degraded over all for user experience. Ghost restrictions that are not associated with our account that support has no idea where they are from, and agrees they shouldn't be on our account... But fails to remove... Passing me to support agent to support agent who ask for the same screenshots over again. Chats that don't reload when there is an update with support.... And huge glitches in our instagram views in business suite... Plus our shop isn't visible. Customers end up losing their coupon codes and can only shop via ads where they mostly give up from frusteration.

Misleading pricing, they advertise their core plan at around $299 a month. Which is what we signed up for for our trial. We found out that most of their features were not practical, but we found just hardly enough to justify even that price for at least a limited time. However once the trial ends, they lock you out of some of the most important data and force you to add basic features as add-ons until your price supersedes over $1,000 a month. And by ad-ons, I mean bin locations, and lot numbers, both of which require 2 separate add ons. Now we're unable to download this information and the only support you have is an AI chat-bot that seems to not even understand which MRP it's even on. Most to every other MRP here is significantly cheaper and provides the same features. We were just shopping around and were deciding on Katana. Not anymore. I can just have someone build our own app, or just use google sheets... Both of which are far more reasonable to use despite the slight inconvenience.

**UPDATE** Judge.me reached out to me after my review, requesting evidence of the conversation we had with this customer. However before we could send it, Judge.me apparently looked at this customers reviews and agreed it violated their policy and removed them. I do appreciate this change of heart on behalf of Judge.me, however I do wish it was taken care of when I originally reached out. (Original review) Everything was fine, other than the fact that judge.me isn't a google partner. We would publish all of our reviews, negative or positive. However, we got one customer that did order from us who was vulgar to us from the start. He was upset with his package being stuck in transit during winter storms at the post office. We sent him multiple packages and refunded him. However no matter what he would threaten us. After being blocked, he utilized judge.me as a weapon to threaten us, and harass us. Using vulgar language. We blocked him from reviews, however that does nothing to the countless vulgar reviews he left. Our choice was to hide or publish. Either one hurts your store rating. Tech support is near impossible to work with at judge.me and they don't take vulgar language and harassment reviews seriously. Claiming abusive reviews is beyond their scope. Judge.me is fine until you get attacked by review bombers. Then Judge.me can't stand by it's very much paid service.

Thank you for taking the time to update your review, we truly appreciate it. We’re really sorry for the experience you had initially, especially in such a difficult situation involving abusive content. You were right to expect faster and clearer handling from our side, and we acknowledge that we should have addressed it sooner. Your case has been very valuable for us. It helped highlight gaps in how we handle reports involving harassment and inappropriate content, and we’ve since improved our internal processes to respond more effectively in similar situations moving forward. We’re glad we were able to resolve this with you, and we truly appreciate your patience and fairness throughout.

So far so good. I've been behind on thousands of products, collection pages, images and more for a few years. I could have done most of this work manually however it would have taken a lot longer given how much housekeeping I needed to do. We eventually won over hundreds of top keywords on google and other search engines. We even topped competitors which are significantly larger than us. We went ahead and paid about $145 more for them to take care of some more technical SEO items while I continued to improve other areas. Our organic traffic has increased 623% since we installed the app 2 or so weeks ago. And I'm still working on some improvements.

So far good. However the color theme I selected doesn't actually show up on the page. It defaults to my pages theme settings which isn't fine as it helps it match. And the discount offer does not appear.

Although Klaviyo has some nice features, there are better and more affordable options out there. I had yet even been able to use it before I got an email stating that I already used up my free plan and needed to update my pricing. When I checked what I would have to upgrade to, it showed almost $900. Klaviyo bases its billing on ALL contacts rather than actual subscribers. This is important as you cannot market email those who haven't subscribed, so this system of billing is extremely misleading. I quickly uninstalled. I have a very small business based out of my shed. This isn't a realistic for most stores on shopify.
