I've researched loyalty and rewards program apps fairly extensively, and Joy is still the most versatile and affordable one I've used to date. They have *excellent* customer service as well, and are super responsive.

As a small business owner, I wear a lot of hats. I need our website to function smoothly, quickly, and look nice doing it – but I can't afford expensive apps or professional coding. So I've tried a LOT of free apps. Most of them I end up deleting right away because the functionality just isn't there. I am *very* impressed with Boostly, and really could not recommend them highly enough. There was a little glitch with a couple section blocks, but I got super fast support response and everything was fixed within a day! Everything's working beautifully, and this app helped me solve numerous design problems with my product forms.
This is our favorite kind of app! Simple, clean, easy to use, and does exactly what it says it does. We love how it looks, and it functions super smoothly.
We've been really happy with Yotpo. Our customers have found it easy to use, and they have absolutely stellar customer service (thank you, Mark!).
