Tapita was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions. Remy went into my shopify store, and did a few small fixes that really made a difference in my scores! I inquired about which paid plan may work best for me, and they didn't try to sell me the most expensive plan, but rather looked at what I actually need help with and recommended the plan that would work best. I highly recommend them because of their staff.

The app was actually very easy to use. I am computer (almost) illiterate and I was able to customize my popup to my satisfaction. I recommend this to anyone. If I can do it, so can you!
