Absolute trash. I added a few shirts to our store to give some apparel options. The very first order for a few tank tops remains unfulfilled after 4 weeks. Multiple emails to support didn't address anything and they refused to refund the purchase. Avoid at ALL COSTS.

Upon further investigation, I see that one of the products did not pass our Quality Control and had to be reprinted, although reprints are prioritized in our system, this may add a slight delay to the overall fulfillment time frame. Fantastic app... very simple to use and set up and does exactly what it says it will do. Highly recommended.
After trying many apps with either limited success or disastrous results, I had pretty low expectations coming into Bridge. Not only did the team help get both of my websites onboarded, but they helped with a number of self-inflicted mis-steps along the way. They went above and beyond to get me set up properly, answering every question I had. The product itself just works, and very well at that. Cant recommend this product & team enough!
I worked with the support staff to help get set up as I originally signed up for the standalone version of the product. It is very easy to use and intuitive and excellent for managing multiple channels. Besides that, the support team is second to none. They helped make sure I had the right product for my needs and encouraged me to use the Shopify version as it fit my workflow better, even though it was significantly cheaper than the version I was using. I can't say enough about the team and their desire to help you succeed with the right product. I look forward to partnering with Sellbrite as we grow our company!
