I keep encountering the same error. I’ve installed and uninstalled the app multiple times, but the issue persists. After reinstalling, when I click “Send confirmation email,” I always get the red error message: “Project link request failed. Please try again.” I’ve already sent emails and submitted a support form, but haven’t received any response so far. Could you please look into this issue?

缺点：界面色彩单一，太枯燥了，没有表情，不能搜索对话或者归类，自定义标签，建议像facebook messager学习， 其他功能很好，非常好用，而且与shopify商城结合紧密，可以看到客户的加购等动作，希望以后不要收费，谢谢
