Like most everyone else, I LOVE the Judge.me app. There's a reason it's the most used with such high ratings. Customer service is great too. If I want to bypass ai chat and go to a human, there's actually one to talk to! Thank you for that. :)

Great app so far, and Elias was VERY helpful. He answered all my questions even when I was confused & had to ask again. I appreciate the live chat help as well!

This app is AMAZING! I've used 2 other inventory sku sync apps that were ok, but this one out-does them by leaps and bounds. I love how we can choose colors or thumbnails for each variant—and how it automatically shows the product page for each one but you don't even realize the page changed (it looks like the same page, but just the photo & description changed). I also love how all products still have their own page—yet all variants show up on every product page. Just like Etsy! :) SO much more seamless & simple. I had already left a review when I was brand new, but I'm updating it, because I want to say that customer service has been PHENOMENAL so far. I've had a few questions over this past couple years of having the app, and they've responded very quickly, including just now with Nitin. The features are great too. In all honesty I do get a little confused on what's where & what's what in each of the bundle steps, but it's not too bad. And I know if I ever have a question, I can just reach out to chat, which is super helpful. Thank you guys! :)

I just downloaded the app and haven't used it yet, but their customer service was fast and friendly! I'm sure it'll work great, after reading the other reviews, and I'm really grateful for an app like this that I've needed for SO long!!

So fast & easy!! I tried uploading an SVG file and it wouldn't work, so I sent a message through their live chat, & they told me they're working on it, but to upload a PNG instead. And it worked instantly. Now I have the cutest Bumble Bee & Sunflower cursors for my shop! If you want to see what custom cursors look like, feel free to take a peek at our website (assuming I'm still using the cursors, when people see this review)... This is such a simple but VALUABLE app. Being so affordable, a lot of our customers use it to protect their packages, and it takes the stress off of us since we no longer have to purchase separate shipping insurance. Cam is AMAZING to work with too! I've had a couple of small issues that he has responded to usually within minutes to a few hours at most... almost always the same day. Great app & wonderful customer service!
