Great app and even better support! I was struggling to get the volume discount widget to work across our color variants (which are set up as separate linked products), and the support team went above and beyond — they personally checked my store, explained a clean workaround (applying the volume discount across the specific color products instead of relying on a single product's variant selector), and even helped set it up. Quick, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend!

I'm testing the app, and so far, I'm satisfied! It's simples, has the bundles I need, and they are very well structured. I only had one issue adding products to the cart, but it was quickly resolved by Channie. For now, the app is proving very useful. I recommend it!

I’m currently preparing to launch my online store, and I found this app while looking for a volume discount solution. As a Japanese user, I really appreciate that the app supports multiple languages. It’s easy to use, straightforward to set up, and it solved every challenge I was trying to address. Beyond volume discounts, it also offers great features for creating seasonal campaigns and other promotions, which I’m excited to use as my business grows. My store hasn’t launched yet, but I’m already confident this app will play an important role in helping me increase sales. I’m looking forward to launching my store and using all of its features.

We tries bunch of bundle apps but none of them worked accurately.Only this app is working and doing the job.
The app works as promised. What’s a stand out is the service chat. Their team is very responsive and helpful. I had an issue right as my first offer went live, and their support team was able to sign on and fix it immediately. No delay. I also have an older theme which required a modification to set up my offers, and they were very helpful in getting that done too.

I am really enjoying this app and it has replaced a number of others I had on the site as it does multiple tasks with new features always arriving. It is super simple to install and get your first offers out there. There are quite a few different ways of setting up offers including offering discounts on mulitbuys of a single item or across a range of items. I love the bundle option which is better than the native bundle. I love that I can offer a bundle on a single product page without having to create a seperate product as a bundle that may get missed like with the native function. This has increase AOV as people can see the bundle right by the add to cart and I can custom it to suit the customer. I love the free gift option that allows me to offer free gifts to customers and it adds it to the cart so I don't forget to pack it. Recently released was also a progression bar showing customers how much more they need to spend to get offers. This has done wonders. This app is so much more than just bundles and discounts. It is a fun, interactive way to get you customers spending more, with little effort from youself. You don't need any fancy coding etc. All the tables are inserted into products where needed without having to manually add them through the theme editor. This makes it so easy and simple, plus lots of customisation to suit your branding. I am so pleased I found this app for my store. It has done wonders for sales

Volume Discounts is a great app for setting up tiered pricing and quantity discounts. The interface is clean and intuitive — getting everything configured was quick and straightforward. Update: The only thing I don’t like so far is when adding discounts to specific items, I have to manually select products one by one. It would be so much easier if there was a “select all” option first so we could just uncheck the few items we don’t want included. When you have a large inventory, selecting 200+ products individually takes a long time. Other than that, I’ve really been enjoying the app! I hope they fix this. Really impressed with this app so far! The setup was way easier than I expected, and the customer chat support was super friendly, fast, and actually helpful. They took the time to answer my questions instead of sending copy-paste replies. I also love that this app offers a lot of cool features that many other apps lock behind expensive paid plans. Being able to create bundles, volume discounts, free gifts, and upsells all in one app makes my store feel way more professional without needing multiple apps. The customization options are great, too, and the widgets blend seamlessly with my Shopify store branding. Definitely a great app for increasing cart value and making offers look clean and organized. Highly recommend for small businesses trying to grow without spending a fortune!

Based on suggestions like yours, we've recently added an Exclude Products option inside the Apply to Products settings for all offer (https://snipboard.io/bOIWyi.jpg), so you can now apply a discount broadly and simply exclude the products you don't want included instead of selecting hundreds of items one by one. Ik ben heel blij met deze app. in Shopify kun je ook kortingscodes of automatische kortingen aanmaken maar in deze app kun je het veel uitgebreider aanpakken. Wat voor mij ook zeker belangrijk is dat ik volume kortingen kan maken voor mijn B2B klanten De support van de app is echt top Als je vragen hebt en je komt er niet helemaal uit, dan staan ze meteen voor je klaar om je verder te helpen. Echt super fijn. Ik ben er blij mee zo groeit ook mijn business.

The app comes with various possibilities of discounts, but is straightforward to use. Layout and font are pretty, and colour customisable. Most importantly, support is readily available, and the officer I communicated with is patient to provide all the help I need.
The support team has been really responsive and helpful. I expressed disappointment at first at lack of an option to do quantity breaks down to the variant level (on specific variants only) and they were willing to update the code and add the feature within a few days. Overall the app has been easy to use and seems to work visually well with our site.
