I required support to import reviews manually via CSV from another platform. Support was fast and extremely helpful on the free plan. I ran into some issues installing it in the new Online Store 2.0 Dawn theme and received quick and excellent support

Edited to add that I've been using ShopSync for years now and it's terrific! I've been using ShopSync since MailChimp and Shopify decided to go their separate ways. This app does what it says on the tin: synchronizes with MailChimp. I had some technical questions and reached out for help. The team provided great service and I'm on a free plan! I highly recommend this app.

Brutal installation. I can't get my catalog to sync properly or find any information to support this install to help me. Items that are sold out appear on my catalog and now I see that I have recreate my collections on Facebook instead of just using the work I've already done with Shopify. There are also issues with my Facebook pixel that indicates I've had zero traffic when August was the best month ever. I'm very unhappy with this app.
