Seems a bit scammy. They have a support chat where no one answers your questions, they just want your email. I'm still not in Bing shopping. Be careful! Update: 6-24-26...After 18 months this "company" finally contacted with 5 emails apologizing and wanting me to remove my review this week! I don't need the shopping feed anymore. We live and die by reviews, integrity and honesty when doing business on the web. Waiting 2 weeks to respond to basic questions, then not answering the questions and now wanting me to remove my review is about the worst "support" I have ever received!

Easy to use right out of the box! If it works without instructions and complicated to do's, it does what it says it will do. Works for me!

Fantastic! There's a manageable learning curve and if you can't figure something out, the support is excellent! Highly recommend. 2-2026 Still a great app but the support is AI now and let's just say it's compromised. As an example when I asked about their new "one click" installation of the AI product review summary this is what I received in email. "The AI product review summary feature isn't covered in our current documentation. Our available widget customization options include platform-independent widgets (enabled in Settings > Advanced), Questions and Answers features, and theme selection for Review Widgets (all found in Settings > Widgets)." Needless to say it isn't "one click" and as far as I can tell by looking in the settings there isn't any AI product review summary feature anywhere. Most alarming of all is the Settings > Widgets doesn't exist. I hate to say it but it's AI slop. Other than that the app works great and helped me a bunch.
