We recently migrated our Theme on Shopify to a paid theme, and needed some adjustments made to the App. The support at EPA, in particular from Drashi, was exceptional, and the changes we requested, plus an additional feature that they came up with, were initiated within a couple of hours. Cannot thank them enough - superb app and superb response times.

I needed to find a replacement app for Shopify's default option due to reaching 5000 products on my store, and this app was perfect. I had a number of customisation requests to display different sorting methods and filters, but the team were absolutely fantastic in helping sort them out. Customer Service communication was excellent, and the technical team worked really hard to fulfill all of my requirements. Highly recommended.

I had an issue with my Google Ads Conversions being misconfigured, so reached out to Simprosys to ensure everything was set up from their end. Received support from Mehul who was extremely helpful, and very quick at providing both written and screenshot advice, to help me resolve the problem. First class customer service.

Love this app as I have been able to continue to take orders and sales for products out of stock which is something I was struggling to do before it. Customer Service is great, especially from Nareh, and they are on top of things reacting very quickly if needed.

Had some great support today from Saleh in the online chat helping me through verification and setting up of DNS records - which is way over my technical capabilities! He explained everything very well and managed to get the problem sorted, and I was very grateful and impressed.

One Review is an amazing App that I am certain will help me stand out from my competitors in a crowded market. Developed by someone who understands the challenges of Dropshipping, it is extremely easy to use and very user friendly. Within a minute I can set the App off searching for 100 products online and then once the App has worked its magic, I have products that previously have no reviews on my store now potentially showing 5 out of 5 stars based on what users around the world have said about the product. The honesty of the reviews, which include a pro's and con's section, is a huge selling point to me, and it gives our customers a real chance to decide whether the product is for them. The technical support and advice I have received has been second to none, and I am excited about seeing what future developments Josh and his team introduce in the future

I was having issues with my plan upgrade not showing in order to allow me to upgrade the Google Consent Mode, but the help I received through the chat function was absolutely brilliant. Initially I received an offline message from Tony which helped me understand the issues, and then once I logged into the App, the wonderful Judy was there to assist me and managed to get everything working perfectly in no time at all. Cannot recommend this app highly enough. Thank you.

After installing the App, the first thing I needed to do was Verify my Store, and this was really easy thanks to Therese in the help chat. Very quick process and offered some other links to help me as I am building my new store. Definitely would use the help again if I needed it.
