I've been using Kustomer for over 2 years, and I can definitely say that no other HelpDesk measures up to its reporting system. It has such in-depth reporting, and I love how many different metrics I can track. I love the contact category settings, and how precise you have to be to close a ticket, escalate or report. I'd love to see an integrated phone in the future!

The app's features and the support team behind the scenes work really well. I'd definitely recommend using this application!
