Direkt eine Antwort bekommen vom Support und auch gleiche das Problem behoben. App arbeitet gut, je nach Anspruch bedarf es halt vieler Einstellungen vorab, aber dann macht sie auch genau das was sie soll :)

very buggy and not working correctly, i wrote to Anastasia, not working on desktop. She said to me " Contact with Shopify" I want my money back.

Great App! really Improved my store a lot! Much better than standard Search engines. I Deff Recommend with Great Customer Service. Also whenever i have any issues, they are always very quick to respond and help the issue be fixed fast!

I’ve contacted the app’s support team several times, but no one has provided me with any updates. I also reported that there is an issue with the search results: On the Thai homepage, searching for “Benedict” shows “Benedict Earrings”, but the product image and product page are actually for a Duffle Bag. On the English homepage, searching for “Benedict” shows “Duffle Bag Navy”, which is completely unrelated to the keyword. The search results are clearly incorrect, but I have not received any update from the support team.

We have been using Searchanise for a while and have had a very good experience with their support team. They have always been very helpful whenever we needed assistance customising the app to suit our store. On several occasions, they have gone beyond standard support and made custom changes so that Searchanise works properly with our existing Shopify setup and the way our current systems are configured. Communication has always been clear and they take the time to understand exactly what we are trying to achieve rather than just giving us a generic solution. Most recently, they helped us replicate some custom pricing logic from our Shopify theme within the Searchanise results and provided a solution that worked with our existing setup. Very happy with both the app and the level of support we have received.

Update (Upgraded to 5 Stars): Outstanding Support & Proactive Improvement! We had initial doubts, but after about two months with Searchanise, our sales and orders are noticeably up and shoppers are finding products much more easily. I’m updating my original 4-star review to 5 stars because of their exceptional team. I reached out regarding a few quick adjustments I needed, and support handled them immediately. More importantly, I previously mentioned that the backend UI was confusing and felt like a hindrance with constant upsells when you're just trying to get work done. Their team actually listened , they passed my feedback directly to their product team and confirmed they are actively working on making the admin experience smoother, cleaner, and more intuitive for merchants without constant hard-selling. It’s rare to find an app partner that not only delivers great sales results but also listens to merchant feedback and takes real action to improve the user experience. Highly recommended!

Searchanise support has been excellent. We had a fairly complex custom requirement and their team dug into the detail, built a tailored solution, and explained it clearly at every step. They even flagged a configuration issue on our end that we hadn't spotted. Fast responses, real technical skill, and they clearly care about getting it right. Highly recommend.

We have been using this app for a few years and the search function is great. We recently hired an ADA Team to review our website to be sure the site meets the ADA requirements as we had been sued for violations. The Searchanise team took all the violations and corrected them within a few days! A very prompt response to a very important issue and a relief to know that the app will function for all. Thank you for the great service! And we needed some help now in 2026 with one of the search functions, got an immediate answer and the steps we needed to take were clearly outlined and easy to follow. Thank you.

A few teething problems, but support get onto it quite quickly. Thank you Damon K, Yuriy A, and Madina R. I'll just add that this app beats the Shopify generic Search & Discovery hands down. It's more customisable, gives better results, and better insights into customer search behaviour.

Where is the support? You have 1217 reviews and mainly positive but I CANNOT contact you even by some chat? I can't even submit a question to you on your "help" facility in shopify becuase the SUMBIT button does NOT WORK!!! As I cannot submit my query on the proper support page I have no choice but to put it here: I want the look and feel of the search results page on our website, **lemonsalt.co.uk**, to remain exactly as it is. I don't want Searchandise to override our existing UI for displaying products, articles, recipes, or other search results. To achieve this, I disabled the widget on the **Search Results Widget** page. Once I did that, our own search results layout was displayed correctly, which is exactly what I wanted. However, I noticed something unexpected: **recipes and articles built with PageFly are no longer returned in the search results.** They only appear when the **Search Results Widget** is enabled. Is there a way to access Searchandise's indexed content (particularly PageFly pages) while continuing to use our own search results UI? In other words, can Searchandise provide the search index and results data without taking over the presentation layer? I hope to get an answer soon.

Regarding your search questions: 1. Search Results UI: When our widget is disabled, the page falls back to Shopify’s native search (which misses PageFly content). Our dev team can customize our widget’s design to match your native site UI perfectly. 2. PageFly Indexing: We have a working solution ready to ensure your full PageFly content is properly indexed. We’ve been using Searchanise on our Shopify store for a few years now and have found it to be responsive, mobile friendly, and well supported by the team whenever help is needed. The app was excellent when we first started using it and has continued to improve over time, which is encouraging and helps stores provide a better shopping experience. It is also very detail focused, with useful analytics that are specific to your own store rather than generic reporting. One feature we particularly value is the CSS customisation option, as it allows the plugin to be tailored more closely to the look and feel of the store. For us, that makes a real difference, as search and filtering are effectively part of the shopfront experience.

It's a great app with many features. The filter tree is very helpful ad customizable. The app is great for improving your store's UI. Overall much better than boost from the pricing and also functions, also much cheaper than doofinder and nice customer service. Small details dont work, e.g. metafield values are not translatable and the analytics only works if instant search is activated, but still i can only recommend. top price/value for shopify! incredible amount of functions. a bit scattered, but support helps.

The app is simple to use and super easy to install. At first, just like any new app it may seem intense, but the app allows you to select and configure all the settings you will need to run a great search tool on your site. I moved away from this app and chose another competitor and regretted it immediately. The flexibility and capabilities of this app speaks for itself! Love the way it simply indexes your store products and catalogs. I use this app frequently and update my settings every week to improve my stores search feature. The support staff is another reason why I switched back. Their support team is on it, and they usually get things resolved on the first try. Love this app and would recommend it to anyone!

I love this app - it is a game changer. Not only can you choose the customer-facing look and feel of your search, but you can greatly refine the products, categories and more to make sure you are delivering the information to your customers the way you want it! Plus, get information on missed search terms, not found items and even add synonyms to help your customers get where you want them to go. This app is best in class!

The support has been great, especially Aziz. We used Searchanise for several years on our Magento site and we had some issues, but both the product and the support have been spot on since migrating to Shopify. After testing a couple of other highly-rated search apps in the app store, I would definitely recommend Searchanise.

It's pretty good. Still working on some feature gaps, notably geolocation on the locations filter. The reindexing is horribly slow, though. Support is great!

We have been using Searchanise for almost 7 years on our Shopify store in Myanmar. The instant search feature works exceptionally well for our large catalog of over 130,000 products. Customers can find what they need quickly, which has helped improve our conversion rate. The filter and collection search features are very useful for our auto parts and multi-category store. The support team has always been responsive and willing to help with customization. Highly recommended for any large Shopify store.

Brilliant app. Has completely upgraded our user experience. Love the way it picks up typos and suggests what the user is looking for. Very accurate. Update: Have used their help and Damon K was absolutely brilliant. Answered my questions perfectly and also jumped in and adjusted a couple of settings to make it even easier. Very happy customer.

We had an excellent experience with the Searchanise support team, especially with Dias D. Dias supported us during the implementation of custom badge logic for our Shopify relaunch project. The communication was clear, professional and reliable throughout the process. Our requirements were not standard, as the badge logic had to work across Instant Search, Search Results and Collection pages, while also respecting product metafields, sold-out priority and category-specific conditions. Dias understood the requirements well, coordinated the implementation and confirmed that the live shop would remain unaffected until our final approval. After testing, everything worked as expected. Thank you for the helpful and professional support. Based on this experience, we are confident using Searchanise as our solution for Instant Search and Collection pages in our new shop setup.

Excellent Collections page option and more. Takes a little setting up, but works great once sorted. The team were very helpful. You must ensure you 'Hide' or place 'Active' the specific collections under each tab that you want to show to keep your filters relevant and clean. I apparently left a 3 star review before. This must have been a mistaken click. All good.

It is fine, however the lack of customization of the collection pages, specifically the ability to add Custom Liquid Sections to the Product Card makes this APP Less then it could be. We ONLY use it for the "dynamic" search part and NOT the product filtering.

Recently switched to Searchanise from a much more expensive search app, and honestly, it’s been a great move. I’ve been using it for a while now, and the usability is super smooth, the features are solid, and the analytics are actually useful. For the price they offer, it’s easily one of the best options out there. Big shoutout to their support team as well — quick responses and genuinely helpful every time. If you’re a Shopify merchant looking for a cost-friendly search app with plenty of customization, AI features, filters, and more, Searchanise is definitely worth trying.

Overall really good app, but it sometimes glitches and can take a while to re-index all products (we do have a large listing of product). Quality/price is really good compared to the other apps we have tried to do the same thing. Support is quick and efficient unlike many other apps.
Excellent customer service. They handled our translation issue from A to Z, with very good insight and detail into why we were getting translation issues. Thanks to the team, and continue to do this amazing work!

Though there are a few pieces of functionality that I am missing from my old and VERY expensive Search platform, Searchanise has hit the mark on pretty much everything we have needed so far. Support is excellent (thanks Elijah!) - very engaged and willing to dig into our requests to resolve them - or even provide a bit of customization. Thx!

Unparalled experience to the built in Shopify Search with amazing support who were able to address a specific scenario in the display of our search results. We have a huge product catalog and many with variants. While it is possible to hide out of stock products, it does not hide variants that are out of stock. This caused a problem that customers would click the "View Product" button and then immediately "Add to Cart" thinking they were getting the variant from Search Results, but in fact they were getting the first available variant on the Product Page. Searchanise support were able to add a strikethrough to out of stock variants on the Search Results page and this has so far eliminated this problem for us!

Searchanise gave us everything our old search app was missing, and for a great price. The few customizations we couldn't accomplish through the app were handled by the support team. Great communication and turn around time. Highly recommended! Updated 3/6/26 to say that support is still amazing and quickly helped us to tweak some settings on the search results page. Excellent software and support. I had an issue that turned out wasn't even from this app, and they still helped me figure out what it was. And the software works great, I can direct a customer to a page based on search phrase, add synonyms, etc and it looks and feels professional and pretty too. Update: now using this app for over a year (maybe even longer i lose track) and support is still easily accessible and willing to help with all my needs. I wanted to do some CSS to match the search results widget to my theme and they have done a great job.

I installed Smart Search after not having such a good experience with another more expensive search app. After installing the Smart Search app, it didn't automatically match my themes styling. I reached out to the Smart Seach support team and over the course of a couple of weeks and my constant emails they worked tirelessly to style the app, perfectly as I wanted. I can't rate them highly enough. The app as well as looking good also performs very well and I particularly like the fact that it automatically re-indexed your store's products, behind the scenes every 10 minutes. The price of their app is also lower than some of its competitors. So I highly recommend the app and its support team. UPDATE - October 2022. Been using the app for almost a year now. The support from the whole team has been excellent with particular mention to Julia who worked patiently to help me customize the looks and feel of the app with our store. A great app with great support. Thank you and well done! UPDATE October 2023. I installed a new theme and needed Searchanise to be styled to match the new theme. I'm very particular and wanted the styling to be 100% pixel-perfect. The Serachanise team were extremely patient and worked tirelessly to make all of the styling changes I wanted until I was 100% satisfied. Their service has been excellent!!! I can highly recommend this app and the team working behind it. UPDATE March 2026. Contacted live chat on Sunday morning at 6.30am. To my surprise, someone was available straight away and helped me. Amazing support!
The best product search app on Shopify. I've tried them all and Searchanise leads the way. Super fast searching, typo fixing, smart suggestions and easy configuration to your store's specific needs.
