Remove a note from a customer's order for no reason. Idk if it was a glitch but because the app auto removed the customer's note even though they were not flagged and we ended up missing the note asking us to hold their order and ended up getting a chargeback from the customer cause we sell perishable products and the customer was not able to be there to receive their order and blamed us for not seeing their note which was removed by Bad Customer so we are now having to deal with a chargeback and probably are going to lose money on that order.... Been using it for months and haven't seen any value in it as the app also auto tags all the trigger tags even if only 1 trigger is activated which is not helpful... Its yet to identify a bad customer and prevent a person who is clearly a serial chargeback fraudster...

Doesn't seem to work no matter what I try and there's no help documents to diagnose the issue. :( Sad because this app is exactly what I've been needing, just a shame shopify does not have this functionality already built in,

This app is great! I'm so happy it's free as well, could use some improvements (such as automatically hiding already picked orders, or being able to sort the orders) but overall it's great, immediately uninstalled my other paid order picker app after using this one. I also really like the templates for the order invoices, much nicer looking than shopify's default one, so it's what I currently use for my orders. Thank you so much for providing this app! Great app! Definitely super useful and worth it if you can afford to pay for the unlimited subscription if you are a big store. The support got back to me super quick and was very nice and helpful. :) A lot of the stickers are pretty nice as well.
