Toolcraft South Africa

Having Shiprazor as a courier partner has been a breath of fresh air in an otherwise overly saturated market. They are never afraid to accommodate personalised business needs and consistently provide a prompt turnaround time, with open and clear communication throughout. What really sets Shiprazor apart is how willing they are to go above and beyond to meet the needs of the business. Their team is incredibly friendly, helpful and approachable, which makes dealing with them such a pleasure. We’ve really appreciated having a courier partner that is willing to listen, adapt and work with us rather than simply provide a one-size-fits-all service. Highly recommended!

Lance did a amazing job understanding my issue, asked relevant questions and gave clear instructions to resolve the issue. Great service, we are a very happy customer!
