Yiqi is an exceptionally sharp and driven founder who is solving a real and meaningful problem in the eCommerce space. What truly sets her apart is not just the product, but her level of ownership and responsiveness. Emails and linkedin messages are answered incredibly fast (often within 30 minutes), and when things need deeper attention, she doesn’t hesitate to jump on a video call to troubleshoot and resolve issues hands-on.
