I had Ivy from Quickbooks help me, Ivy was great, I am however disappointed with the new Shopify Connect integration as its not working as well as the old one.

Ricky, from support is very helpful. Answers all my questions very simply for me to understand and nothing is too much to ask for. Thanks :)
