No matter what I do, the app will not connect to my X account. Requested help from Support, but no response.

Hi Snoot Boopers, Very sorry for the lack of responsiveness to your requests when you tried the X app. Our support team is ready to help if you'll give us another chance. We've made some updates that we hope will make your experience using the app much easier.
Great app and even better service. After I installed the app a specialist named Ron contacted me through a chat and set it all up for me. It couldn't have been easier for me. Outstanding Service! Thank You Ron!
Handy app. It is really annoying though. By default it has a really obnoxious sound that plays when your users visit your site. It has a popup chat message that is automatically enabled that you have to hunt for the setting to disable. It also does not allow you to manage, change or update any settings from inside the Shopfiy Admin area, you have to to to Tawk.to's website to change anything.
It is really nice that it is free. Autoplay doesn't work. The app has a "Chat with us now" button for support that also doesn't work. It is mostly intuitive to use. It is kind of annoying, after you upload your audio file it does not automatically enter the file path of where the song is stored. So you have to go find the file path, copy it and then paste it. Other than that it is pretty easy to use.
Hard to use. After installation, does not show up in App Embeds. No autoplay option. Support is slow to respond. It is nice that there is a free tier.

Hi! Unfortunately, the autoplay functionality is not something we can control. Apple and Google don't allow autoplay on mobile or desktop, so we cannot offer this functionality if the majority of users won't be able to use it (Safari Mobile, Chrome Desktop). If we were to enable it for Firefox, people would complain it doesn't work elsewhere. After installation, you need to create different compositions with your content and UI, and then embed them. The app shows under the list of apps, as default with any app.
