We are very pleased with the results observed during this initial test period. Following the encouraging results, we have recently signed a contract with iAdvize. What stood out most was the coverage outside business hours. With 78% of the total conversations taking place outside our opening hours, iAdvize filled the gap of being an assistant to those customers who visited our website during weekend. We also achieved a response rate of 95.7%. This reflects how well the solution was able to leverage our product content to engage visitors effectively. From a conversion standpoint, we had a positive +4,33% post-conversation conversion rate which is very encouraging for us. There was also a +14% increase in our AOV during this period. Overall, iAdvize has proven to be a strong solution for our business, particularly for after-hours customer support and conversion optimisation. We look forward to building on this partnership over the long term.

I recently implemented the BOGO offer across all four of our Shopify stores, and I cannot speak highly enough about the support I received from Janet. From the start, Janet was incredibly helpful in fixing CSS issues for the widget that appeared differently across each of our stores. Setting up promotional offers across multiple stores can be challenging due to varying themes and custom code, but Janet handled everything with remarkable expertise and patience. While Janet's support made the setup process smooth, I do have some suggestions for the product managers to enhance the app's functionality. The widget customisation options could benefit from more personalisation features, particularly in terms of: Product Page Display Options - More granular control over widget placement, styling, and conditional display rules on individual product pages Side Cart Integration - Enhanced customisation options for how the BOGO offers appear in the side cart drawer, including positioning, design elements, and messaging flexibility.

The support team is quite active. I needed some assistance with the settings on two of my stores, and Janet helped me resolve them. Even though it took some time, she kept following up with me in regular intervals. Cheers to the kite support team. On the other hand, I would encourage the developper to make the app more user-friendly. He/She should consider giving more customisation options to the app users. The UI of the app can be further improved. It is not quite intuitive. The pricing plan is quite competitive, so that's a plus. With a better UI, I believe this app can do much better.
