The app is super user-friendly, and the customer service is super fast and responsive! Anything I had issues with, they were able to help me with immediately. Ian was a great help!
Customer service is excellent, but the app does not work with other upsell apps we typically use and does not push through to our warehouse as we wish it would. Definitely works and is user-friendly, just doesn't fully fit our needs.

Thanks for the kind words. The upsell compatibility is a genuine limitation we're aware of, and I know the workaround we landed on isn't perfect yet. Hopefully we can earn that fifth star down the track! - Josiah
