A powerful and flexible tool with an ambitious team with regard to developing the capability of the platform. Seamless integration with Shopify - gives very granular control over margin optimisation. Really impresssive!
Works a treat for our need to set up back in stock reminders - nicely customisable; and a responsive team (Emma) to answer questions and help me understand all the admin components. I like that there is some basic analytics on pending demand and whether alerts trigger a sale or not.
A good, clear and adaptable survey tool with helpful and quick responses from the team (Melody was especially helpful!). Don't hesitate to ask them for help!
Really useful and highly customisable app. Great for featuring badges, highlights and CTAs throughout the store. Hayley was super helpful in making a minor tweak to the way badges displayed. Highly recommended in terms of functionality and great service!
