Pickme Out

Hi Pickme Out I read your review and wanted to reach out personally. My name is Eddie, and I'm the Head of Support at Atlas. I can see something clearly fell short for you, and I'm sorry about that. There's no written detail on what went wrong, so I don't want to assume, but I'd really like to understand what happened and make it right. If you can reply here or email me directly at eddie@helloatlas.io, I'll look into your account personally and sort out whatever needs sorting. You have my direct attention on this. I'd really appreciate the opportunity to turn this into the 5-star experience it should have been from the start. Best Regards Eddie
