We have been using this app for over 10 years on the Business plan at $149 per month. Over the past year, the review rating widgets have been loading extremely slowly, often requiring multiple page refreshes before they appear. This issue has intensified in recent months and has resulted in a significant drop in our store’s conversion rate, as no ratings are showing on any pages. We have contacted Stamped.io support about this problem but have not received any response.
The support team quickly assisted with our review import and switching process, ensuring everything worked smoothly without affecting our store. We are very satisfied with the experience.
