I was struggling with a huge issue related to my gift cards and Luiz's looked - restlessly - for solutions during 4 days, without never leaving me alone, following up each and every day and finally finding the way to solve my situation! I am so grateful for his professionalism, commitment and kindness! Thank you for being that efficient and reactive, Luiz, thank you for helping me clear out this problem that I've been facing for weeks!
